Peak season rates: $385/weekend (3 nights) .. $750/week (7 nights).
$100 per additional night. Peak season is April 15th thru December 31st

Winter rates: $300/weekend (3 nights)...$650/week (7 nights)
$75 per addtional night. Winter season is January 1st thru April 14th
